Pick up in Rock Hill SC was terrible. They didn't have the size car I pre-paid for and gave me a smaller one without adjusting the cost. The car we received worked fine as did the dropoff.

Quick drop off here. Very easy. Just remember to write down your mileage, gas and parking space.
We rented car from Louisville and there we had issues and no one there to help, really had to search for someone when car given was not properly working.
