Came with my sister who banks here. Walked to the teller window and a gentleman who obviously works here was laughing and talking with the four employees behind the teller line. Nothing wrong with that BUT not one of them looked up, acknowledged us, nothing. At least 5 minutes passed before we were spoken to. When asking what she needed the first words were “do you have an account here?” versus “yes we have that for our account holders”. “Sit over there” she says, meanwhile two more clients walked up with the same service. I would give five negative stars for this poor customer service.

Only giving one star because there's not an option for less. Been banking here for 2 years .This bank has been nothing but problems since day one. The app rarely works it's always doing some sort of maintenance. I'm 32 years old and I've never had an overdraft in my life until I started banking here. The app shows money then around midnight no money then overdraft fees by morning. Also good luck when your account gets hacked your on your own.... We have been paying somebody in Singapore for 6 months. The bank will not defend us. I keep all but bill money in united bank now and I'm switching my direct deposits over at the end of the month. Sorry I can't handle this anymore. The app is a total scam to bring in revenue for the bank..

If BB&T wasn’t bad enough - this branch is hands down the worth branch to come to. Unbelievably slow every single time. Don’t even waste your time going to the drive thru. You are better off driving to the one on Tennessee Ave on the West Side if you are in a hurry.

Denied a transfer to another account, yet took the money from my account. Wont give me any answers as to where my money is at or when I can or if I can get it back. Terrible service on the phones and in person. All of this after charging me a monthly $14.99 "convenience fee" What a joke. Too bad there isnt a negative star rating on this bank.

BB&T (Branch Banking &Theft) So. On the day my paycheck direct deposited into my account, BB&T allowed someone who had stolen my card information to withdrawal half of it in another state, several states away. This was before it had even "posted" to my account. I caught it because I received the text messages. I panicked and immediately called them after receiving the 1st of 3 text alerts for the withdrawals.. This was a Friday night. I cried my eyes out and have been stresse

You guys charged my son 8 dollars to cash his check there when the business he works for banks with you guys. He's 16. He can't even open an account. That's ridiculous !!!
