Christmas trees lights on top of building no longer out. They were there for at least 40 years Christmas tradition of Charleston wv and they took over no more lights

The worst location. They never have bankers in the office and you can’t make an appointment. I see they have a bank manger but I’ve been to this location a lot and I’ve never seen them in the office. In fact I’ve never seen a banker in any of the offices.

Horrible customer service, they don't answer their phone or return calls, they messed up my deposit and the list goes on. Stay away from this bank and Charleston WV!!!
