I called a branch in WV at 3:25 pm. I was going out of town and had an important question. The person who answered the phone put me on hold and left me on hold until the branch closed at 4:00 pm and I was hung up on. That is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Frank never called, or Hope never gave him my message. My business has 2 million there and I need answers for our CFO. Worst customer service, medieval big bank issues. Time to get out of Truist.
