Even with kids in tow both of the ladies there were super nice and we had great conversations while getting all of the paper work done. We ended up being there a good bit after closing but I never once felt like an inconvenience. I would gladly reccomend banking here.”

“Samantha Simms is the BEST!! I'm a payee for a family member and I did not have all my ducks in a row and she contacted me to tell me what all I needed to do to fix my problem. I would have never gotten this process done without her help. My life has been very difficult lately and without her help I would have been in a mess. She was very patient and kind with me. I hope there are more employee's like Samantha that go beyond what their job title is to help their customers. “I've had nothing but positive experiences at this bank. The staff here are a big part of the reason I still use Chase as my primary bank. They always remember me and ask about my daughter by name when I'm there, they take time to talk about banking and investment products, and even when Wayne is busy, he has taken time to help me with last-minute notarizing of paperwork I needed related to probate and dealing with my husband's estate. Shane has been amazing as well. He is friendly and takes time to listen to my financial goals and help me understand investment options. The tellers are always so friendly. Susan in particular always says hello to me and gives me a sucker to take to my daughter even if I'm not at her window. Everyone there is always so kind and helpful. I don't understand people in some reviews being angry that they needed an appointment to open an account or do something else. These things take time, the tellers aren't trained to do it, and businesses can't keep an army of people on staff so you don't have to be bothered with making an appointment. They will absolutely work with you without an appointment if they have someone available, but other customers exist, and they probably had an appointment. The tellers have all been polite to me. To some degree, we are treated as we treat others, and some customers seem to be angry that not everything revolves around them, but I've never observed anyone in that bank being rude to a customer.”

“I never write reviews, but when I saw the one-star rating I had to see what was going on as I know City National Bank well and find them to have exemplary customer service that extends from the entry-level employees to the CEO. They are a fairly large institution that still feels like a small community bank, a rarity these days. It's a shame that two isolated reviews gives them a one-star rating. Hopefully this one helps.”

“The whole branch is wonderful. I’ve been with them since 2017 and have never had anything but positive experiences. Jamie Rizzo, their manager, might be better at her job than anyone I know. She is so direct and friendly and brilliant, she makes sorting out finances and loan applications and everything you need done financially so, so, SO much easier. I’m a musician and state employee, far from a rich man, and it doesn’t matter if you have a million dollars or a hundred dollars to your name - Rizzo runs her team in a way that everyone - even the broke little guys of the world - feel respected and like they have a professional in their corner. “So this morning at 903 am I went to make a deposit into my business account. I handed the bank Manger my money directly in his hand along with my business bank card he slammed my bank card on the counter, second phase of disrespect was he showed me my receipt and proceeded to place it on the counter .now I wanted to go back and explain the disrespect that took place however a Google review will do”
“Poca Valley truly feels like you’re working with local. Easy to connect customer service through their call center, or branches; met with local voices and people. One very underrated feature is their unique hours with service of extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays for in-person service, for those that have issues making the traditional 9-4 banking hours. The new & improved app also makes it simplistic & easy to manage all business, loans, accounts, etc. Ultimately, they want to work with local businesses and people & you’ll find they will go the extra mile. If you’re someone that uses or needs loan, via auto/mortgage/etc, PV also generally credits better rates when you have multiple accounts there. Had nothing but exceptional service, for years! Definitely look to PV!”

Diana listened to our issue, extended so much grace, and efficiently worked through her processes to have the limit increased for this purchase. Because of her assistance, we were able to continue with our day without any loss of production.
