“We went in today to set up our new account and because of work we had to go in close to closing. Even with kids in tow both of the ladies there were super nice and we had great conversations while getting all of the paper work done. We ended up being there a good bit after closing but I never once felt like an inconvenience. I would gladly reccomend banking here.”

The building inside and out is gorgeous and I believe the only building in Charleston that still has the wooden support beams that are just breathtaking. They're always very helpful and professional with me. Which that hospitality is very important when you're dealing with something as personal and integral as your money.”

“I never write reviews, but when I saw the one-star rating I had to see what was going on as I know City National Bank well and find them to have exemplary customer service that extends from the entry-level employees to the CEO. They are a fairly large institution that still feels like a small community bank, a rarity these days. It's a shame that two isolated reviews gives them a one-star rating. Hopefully this one helps.”
