“I've had nothing but positive experiences at this bank. The staff here are a big part of the reason I still use Chase as my primary bank. They always remember me and ask about my daughter by name when I'm there, they take time to talk about banking and investment products, and even when Wayne is busy, he has taken time to help me with last-minute notarizing of paperwork I needed related to probate and dealing with my husband's estate. Shane has been amazing as well. He is friendly and takes time to listen to my financial goals and help me understand investment options. The tellers are always so friendly. Susan in particular always says hello to me and gives me a sucker to take to my daughter even if I'm not at her window. Everyone there is always so kind and helpful. I don't understand people in some reviews being angry that they needed an appointment to open an account or do something else. These things take time, the tellers aren't trained to do it, and businesses can't keep an army of people on staff so you don't have to be bothered with making an appointment. They will absolutely work with you without an appointment if they have someone available, but other customers exist, and they probably had an appointment. The tellers have all been polite to me. To some degree, we are treated as we treat others, and some customers seem to be angry that not everything revolves around them, but I've never observed anyone in that bank being rude to a customer.”
“Chase is a bank that I have had a long standing relationship with. I travel a lot for business and have been in many locations and cannot recall ever having an issue in any of their locations. I definitely recommend either this location or any of the Chase locations.”

“We went in today to set up our new account and because of work we had to go in close to closing. Even with kids in tow both of the ladies there were super nice and we had great conversations while getting all of the paper work done. We ended up being there a good bit after closing but I never once felt like an inconvenience. I would gladly reccomend banking here.”
