“Charleston wv location shop was great techs were great as well but the call service center is their downfall. The call service center was unwilling to work with me and so inconsistent I almost went another route to get my windshield”
“I highly recommend J and J Auto Glass, especially Mike and the entire crew. They have always been great to work with — friendly staff, honest communication, fair pricing, and quality work every time.
They’ve handled everything for me from small repairs to major custom jobs. I’ve had diesel work done, crate motors installed, transmissions and engine work, custom lighting, new windshields, and everything in between. No matter the job, they always take care of it the right way.
One thing that really stands out about Mike is his ability to diagnose issues and explain them clearly. He always communicates a solid plan to get things fixed without overcomplicating anything. It’s hard to find shops you can truly trust, and J and J Auto Glass has definitely earned my business for the long haul.”
“Safelite in Cross Lanes is easy to find and access. The staff are friendly, helpful, and the waiting area is clean and cool in summer. There are no pushy attempts to sell their “extras”, and I appreciated that.”
