“Highly recommend you stay here!! Very Friendly staff, we had such a pleasant time here the room was immaculate and fresh. They also serve breakfast in the mornings which is convenient and pretty good. They’ve got hot breakfast items, cold cereal, waffle makers to make fresh waffles and fruit. Thank you Sleep Inn staff for making our stay in West Virginia a great experience!”

“Matt at the front desk who checked us in could not have been any more pleasant and personable. The room was cozy and super comfortable. Wished I could have taken the beds home with me! My daughter had forgotten her pillow after we had checked out and a super nice gentleman of the cleaning crew literally chased us down to make sure she got it before we left. Cannot put a price tag on that kind of service. Come thru this area quite a bit and will always remember this as a place to stay if the need arises! Very pleasant experience.”

“Lisa was an incredible host! Beautiful old home with a comfortable cozy atmosphere. Our room was very clean. And our bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. The food that Lisa lovingly made us was excellent and delicious. Loved sitting in the front porch drinking my coffee each morning and admiring her beautiful hydrangeas. My boyfriend and I highly recommend!!”

“We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The front desk people were very friendly. The room was amazing. The conference rooms were very nice . We did not use the pool but next time I will bring my swimsuit because the pool looks beautiful and there is a hot tub. It is an indoor pool surrounded by glass walls. There's a nice area outside the pool for lounging when weather is nice. The only complaints I have are with the restaurant/bar. The food was very fancy, but to be honest, I didn't understand half of the menu. I asked my server if a side dish came with the pork chops, and he picked up the menu and read it to me, which didn't answer my question because I had already read the menu. I ended up ordering a quesadilla, and it was very good but a little expensive. Our server was named John, and he was very nice.Hotel guests get a free breakfast. Unfortunately, we got to breakfast right at 9:00. The place was full, and more people were still coming in. It was a buffet style breakfast. But almost all the food was gone didn't replenish it because it was 9:00 I think that if you have people still eating they got there before 9:00 you should replenish the food. The syrup was completely empty, and when I asked for them to fill the syrup instead, she brought me a little bowl of syrup, but there were two of us, so I had to ask again. Finally, after picking through what little was left, I got food for us, though we didn't get scrambled eggs or sausage. Finally, we were ready to eat, but we had no silverware. There were just empty containers. We had to ask and wait for silverware. We had to ask and wait for orange juice. I was just glad that was free because I would not have paid money for the breakfast we had.Rooms: Our room was wonderful. I was traveling with a person who uses a wheelchair and many times when we stay in a hotel it is cramped and there's no way she can take a shower because it's usually not accessible for her. The room they gave us was beautiful and more importantly it was wheelchair accessible. There was a roll-in shower, the bathroom was big enough for her to turn around in with her chair. There was a space under the sink so she could get right up to it. Our room had a little kitchen. Even the kitchen sink headspace underneath four someone in a wheelchair and the microwave was down low enough for her to reach. There was a Keurig in the room with coffee pods and there was even pots and pans and dishes in the cabinet in case we wanted to cook. I've never stayed in such a nice room and I've definitely never seen a hotel room as accessible as this one was.”

“Stayed here for just one night on a long road trip. The man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and has everything we needed for the night. And as many other people mention, the view of the river and trees in the morning was so lovely. An excellent stay at this price point, no complaints!”

“Where do I begin....first, if you are staying at this hotel during the second week of January, be prepared to wait on an elevator for at least 20 minutes or more! (This time of the year, the state fair pageant and PBR is happening) The hot water did not work, the room was hot the whole time and when we asked how to turn on the ac, the engineer explained to us that when the heat is on in the whole building, the air conditioning cannot be used. This is how it was designed. They told us to crack open the sliding door that only opens 4 inches. We had to do this the whole stay even at night. 15 dollars to park in the garage and 15 dollars for breakfast will add up fast. The worst part was trying to leave. We waited over 35 minutes for an elevator. We decided to try the stairs. There was myself, my 9 year old daughter, my friend and her 9 year old daughter. We had heavy luggage. So down 12 flights of stairs because we were on the 12th floor. Get to the bottom and the door was locked. So back up 3 flights of stairs to get access to a floor. Ended up running into an event planner and she listened to us and tried to help. She ended up taking us on the service elevator, which to the horror of a couple of employees, we made it to the lobby. This hotel is nit equipped to handle two large events. The rooms were gross and very dated. When informing the staff as we were leaving that the fire door was locked (a fire safety hazard!), their response was we will give you free parking...horrible stay and horrible conditions. Would give negative stars if I could!Rooms: Horrible, dirty, hot, no hot waterSafety: Fire door locked, elevators overcrowded”

“It's a typical Hampton Inn, good location for my needs. The fitness center needs to activate their Peleton bike so it can actually be used. Front desk staff had no clue. Very friendly staff.”

“We drove all day from Philly and checked in around 11:30 pm. The lady at the desk let us have a late checkout the following afternoon. The beds were comfy and we got a great night sleep here. It's very easy to find from the interstate, which was great.”

“I travel often, and I look for a motel that is clean and safe. This one did NOT disappoint. Bright room with clean towels, bathroom, and fresh white linens. Adding pictures for reference. Shower was hot with great water pressure, and no plumbing or pest issues. And, it was only 12 miles from the airport ?PS This hotel is a joint Super 8 and Days Inn. I stayed via Days Inn, I don't know if that affects which room and cleaning crew I received. ?Walkability: Restaurants nearby.Noteworthy details: The have an elevator!! Not always a given at motels, but I was grateful for it!”

“Our room was clean and tidy and looked just like the photographs. People who wrote poor reviews must have been focusing on the exterior. Yes it is right along the freeway and feels like a truck stop but it was a very affordable place for us to crash and comfortable. Had better climate control than more expensive motels I've stayed in.”
