“This Specific location should be the gold standard for customer service for ALL Holiday Inns across the nation. Never have I had a hotel call me the day before my stay and ask me if there's anything I need in my room to make my stay more comfortable. Never in my life have I received a phone call from the front desk after checking in to make sure I had the extra pills that I requested. No I didn't have the extra pillows that I had requested however as soon as I told them no they had someone there within 5 minutes to give me the pillows that I requested. The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice extremely friendly they even gave us a list of restaurants in the area to eat at. This was just an overnight stay on a much larger trip for me and my wife however if the hospitality was through the roof GREAT. When my wife and I checked out the ladies at the front desk even remembered our last name to make sure we were checked out, asked us how our stay was and even told us they look forward to seeing us on our trip home as this location is our overnight rest stop on the way home. I can't recommend or praise the customer service of this hotel enough”

“They have smoking rooms available, but the quality of the rooms are way lower than the regular rooms and I wasn't expecting that. They're clean, but I definitely prefer a non smoking room. Even the towels were different in those rooms. The price is great, and all the employees have been nice and accommodating. In the morning before checking out, the maid was pounding on our door at about a half an hour before check out time... She wanted to know if we were checking out, and she wasn't pleasant at all.... I didn't appreciate that, we felt rushed and like I was holding her back from her day. She was very rude each time I've stayed there. It's honestly ridiculous. For the price though the rooms are clean, and a bit out dated, no toiletries in the bathroom either.”
