“I had a great experience with this location. But I was at the Patrick St. location and the female at the counter was on her cell phone THE ENTIRE TIME. She didn't even want to help me rent a trailer and was very annoyed by my presence. She needs to be terminated.”
“Came to this particular business through a recommendation. Let me say first of all that the security measures taken seem to be great. Also the grounds inside and out are very clean. I have dealt with Patrick on two separate visits for different reasons and both times he has been a pleasure. He is very outgoing and extremely helpful. He helped with a truck rental that was kind of last minute and then he gave me a discount because I have a unit with them. I highly recommend this facility and ask for Patrick!”

“I really really hate to give bad reviews but after my 70 some year old mother was let to run out of propane after being promised many times for a fill up I MUST. We have never had a problem before the last few months and my parents have always been on time paying customers. It’s very sad. My son is gathering up electric heaters as I post this since it is winter. *********I have changed my review as the problems have been fixed and the employees were very good. Things happen sometimes and when it’s made right I believe that says a lot.”
