We needed to add beneficiary information to my dad's account, and Lori was very kind, efficient, and helpful. We got in and out in ten minutes. The office itself is really nice, and there's plenty of parking on site.

What financial institutions ever close for 5 days to upgrade computer systems?? Well apparently this one does and then takes money that you don’t owe them for mistakes they made. Will be closing ALL accounts on the next business day. I’m done with PECU
