“This company went above and beyond! While out of town, on vacation, our rental van had issues and broke down. DTE Towing was sent out to pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately, another towing company near by got news that the vehicle needed to be picked up and jumped on it prior to DTE Towing getting there. The vehicle was in the parking lot and the other company took it without my permission. So I was shocked when Christopher from DTE Towing called me back to say he was there and he couldn’t find the van. He was patient, kind, respectful, and professional. He waited while the manager, at the hotel, and I reviewed the recorded footage of the parking lot to determine where the van had gone. It was all figured out eventually. I can’t say enough good about DTE Towing!!! Call them if you need a tow; you won’t be disappointed! Thank you DTE Towing!!! God bless!”

“Should have bought our Equinox there, they were so nice, honest, but when we went back to buy it, it was already sold, too bad, found another just like it at Crossroads Chevy, sadly dealt with them, never again, don’t ever want to go back for service so will visit King Coal soon. The salesman was great, price decent, very difficult trying to get same deal offered In Oakhill, took two hours to get out after agreeing to Deal, Financing office was terrible, was on way out when we finally got served, they gave us the wrong payment plan and starting date,no extras, nothing for Vets like most Auto Dealers, was late on clean up and Delivery, did not show us how to use any of the Safety Features which is why I bought the Vehicle, overall, A terrible experience and even now, I dread to go back there for services needed now, so hope King Cole can help me with all the above, they have an excellent reputation vs what Crossroad offered, Respectfully, Rev. “I was traveling through here and discovered that I had a lug nut missing on one of my wheels. I stopped at advanced auto and purchased one then stopped here to get it installed. He put it on in a jiffy and didn’t even charge me for it. I’m disabled and can’t do things like this anymore. Sure appreciate it.”

“This was the only tire shop open on a Sunday. I needed to make the 200+ mile home and I was on a spare tire after fixing a flat. I walked in with no appointment and there was no wait. They were able to replace my tire in about 10 minutes (it was beyond patching, but they do that too). Truly grateful for the help getting back on the road!”
