“I just wanna say Thank you to Chris !!!He out did it !!!!!We took my daughter’s car there and dropped it off 2 different times!!After the 1st time .I decided to call back in telling them how I wasn’t happy with how I was treated !!(Chris said)Idk what happened but ,I’ll fix it !!So I thought ok ..I’ll take the car back !!!chris fixed it !!After we have had it to 5 garages!(changed 4 different part )(paid 1,000 dollars)!No one seemed to b able to figure it out!!(They would say it was fixed .Each time it would still over heat .Today I picked up the car !!!!!Its fixed !!!!!!!So if u need work done ..Go to Chris !!Amazing !!5 garages !!!chris did it !!!!!Thank you sooooo much !!!!!!!!!!”
“I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome these guys are. I had a unique experience, i was in town buying a vehicle, 7 hours away from home. I broke down right up the road from Fincham’s and entered the shop in a state of panic. Matt and Travis helped me out and safely fixed my brakes so I could get back on the road - THE SAME NIGHT. “My car has made a terrible screeching noise when it's in reverse since I bought it. I took it to Cove Run for an inspection and they said I would need rear brakes in 6 months. Took it back to them for rear brakes...NO MORE NOISE! They got me in and out quickly and it was very reasonably priced. I will be coming back to them, for sure!”
“Took my car in December to Collision Plus. They were absolutely wonderful. Didn’t have any issues. They were very good at communicating with the car insurance people. They took care of everything. I received my car back today. I’m amazed at the job that they did. Couldn’t even tell there was any damages that was on there before also did an amazing job at matching up the paint. I highly recommend this guys. If there was a 10 star option. I’d give them 10 stars.”

I expected a couple hours, I was in there maybe an hour and was out the door. Their employees that I had interaction with were awesome, they joked around everybody laughed it was definitely a good experience.”

“On June 25 I was traveling from NC to NY when my clutch broke in Clarksburg WV. The first phone call I made from a quick Google search couldn't help me but referred me to CMR. From the time I spoke to CMR to the time they had me in the shop was 2hrs. I was at the mercy of this crew to save my 2 week vacation and they pulled through with great communication and true desire to help someone in a bad position. For a rush job that wasn't easy and finding the parts I was back in the road in 2 days.
