“If you’re shopping at Star Furniture, ask for Missy… you won’t regret it! She helped us find & purchase the perfect bed & made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Missy is professional, kind, knowledgeable & truly passionate about helping you find exactly what you need. Here’s the thing though… I didn’t make it easy on her! I picked the wrong bed the first time around & she handled the whole situation with so much patience & grace. She made it right without hesitation & without making me feel like a burden for a single second. That kind of customer care is RARE & it means everything. Thanks again Missy!”

“This store is very high in quality to offer the public the education books (some from earlier years) that help educate children and for adults to learn the history of many subjects. I enjoyed visiting for the first time. The folks working here are very qualified to answer question and showed a great ambition to help one while in the store. Attitude, Professionalism, Helps all combined in one. Thank you Joshua and others who work there.”

  5. Jack's Furniture Center - 208 Emily Dr

208 Emily Dr, Clarksburg WV 26301

    4.2 Good 42 reviews

“This store has good quality furniture of all the stores in my area. This is why I chose it, and have purchased from them before. However, do not order furniture if you don’t see what you want in the store nor listen to “we can special order it.” I was sold discontinued furniture at full price, even after the manufacturer discontinued what I chose a month prior to the order. Why was it in the store a month after being discontinued? They refunded my total price today but now I have no furniture at all and the old stuff they took away is gone. I can’t believe it’s been near 5 months and to get what was delivered was unreal as is being left with no furniture! The order debacle was not on my end.”
