You bring a device to be paired or activated. Employees act as you're a bother. A customer should not be told that they hate dealing with their devices.*Employee's should not be on their phones and watches while a customer is asking questions.

I’ve been there a couple times with questions about my bill and the employee seemed just as confused as I was… during the early stages of the Covid pandemic, this is literally one phone company that didn’t care, this is one company that didn’t care about what your going through, they just wanted your money to pay the bill or they wanted your money to pay for a late fee and won’t stop piling it on no matter what you have going on. Definitely the most greediest and by far the worst phone service I’ve ever signed up for… I highly recommend choosing another phone company if your thinking about trying this one out. Your welcome…

We switched from sprint/T-Mobile after T-Mobile took over sprint it’s been horrible. So we went and talked to Henry and he hooked us up. We now have great service at our house now. We never had great service with sprint/T-Mobile. I highly recommend Henry.

The service was VERY VERY horrible, not from just one, but eventually all employees!!!! I was confused with u.s cellular's policy, and also knew everything I needed to know. Although not having my identification due to theft. I paid for my bill, BUT WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT PARTICULAR STORE!!! (date/estimate time: Mon, Sept 6 12-3pm)

Service is not bad. But I have had issues with my phone at times that I can't seem to get resolved. Considering going to another provider. Not sure yet. But other than that. Their overall service I would give a 4 star.

Stopped in today to pick up a SIM Card for an iPhone I preordered. Everyone was clean, kind, and accommodating. Would recommend the two ladies on the floor! Very nice and quick experience!

If you’re buying new phone/accessories they are nice/helpful but after that it’s ridiculous. I purchased a new iPhone, case, protector & charger a few months ago so you know that’s a lot of money. If your a prepaid customer ? contract costumer you’re treated differently. I couldn’t afford the $80-$90 a month for just one phone so I chose to change. Phone receives/sends multiple of same messages sometimes, sometimes it takes 30-40 minutes to receive a text, sometimes I don’t receive calls (they showed where they did) or my favorite if it’s not on speakerphone it hangs up on people. I’ve been in the Bridgeport location three times (rudest of them all) & once in Fairmont (a lot nicer but couldn’t help)for the issues with this phone. Today’s visit is why I’m making a review (they’ve been rude other times but this was different). He was nice at first but when he seen it was a prepaid account I was told “contact apple” so I asked the number & it seemed like it was a bother. He also explains that “PREPAID CUSTOMERS ARE LOW PRIORITY “. I’m still trying to be respectful after all this so I politely said if I knew that’s how you feel maybe I should cancel service with US Cellular. Last response was (I had to leave because I was getting irritated & didn’t want to say anything) “WELL MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY “. I really think these young kids need to learn respect. Maybe the managers need to listen to how they are speaking to customers. I might be prepaid but I spent a lot of money and shouldn’t be treated like that.

Right now they have a good deal on new iPhone 11. My daughter and I had prepaid no contact phones and I'm getting ready to get my youngest a phone plan. To do this I would need to keep up with 3 non contact phones. You can do up to 4 phones for around 120-130 a month with US Cellular. Really didn't want a contract but sometimes you have to get with the times. Supposedly unlimited data with no cap. Will see. People there was really nice. My girlfriend has had them for years and has never had a problem so I'm sure I mad a good choice.
