You bring a device to be paired or activated. Employees act as you're a bother. A customer should not be told that they hate dealing with their devices.*Employee's should not be on their phones and watches while a customer is asking questions.

We switched from sprint/T-Mobile after T-Mobile took over sprint it’s been horrible. So we went and talked to Henry and he hooked us up. We now have great service at our house now. We never had great service with sprint/T-Mobile. I highly recommend Henry.
