I went in to get a new debit card. I was asked for my ID and the old card
My drivers license was not returned to me. I very upset

I liked this bank at one time, now they close everything ar 4pm and 5pm on Friday. Then closed on Saturday and Sunday. How are you supposed to cash checks after work of they are always closed.

I only gave them a one... Due to the fact they answered the phone and put me on hold. I was on hold for over two hours so I hung up. I called back... Same thing. I had to go to the bank to do business that could have easily been done over the phone.
