Hot spot is a really nice place to go to get away or just to take a few mins for yourself. Vice nice n helpful workers always so welcoming with a Big n Bright Smile. N the customer are always pretty cool to. I've actually have made a lot of friends from just going there n hanging out for a lil while to unwind

Machines just don't seem to work like ones at other locations. Not exactly friendly or quick to give change or unlock the restroom . I personally like the one in Elkview a lot better

We were in town for one night, and went to Giovanni's because it seemed to be the only game in town. The special was a very large (16") pizza and 20 wings. We ordered that. There was enough food to provide the two of us with three meals each. The pizza was very good. The wings were acceptable. They did offer limited inside dining, but we opted for carry-out. There is a deck for dining off the rear, but it was not open during our visit, and had the look of not having been used in some time. The only member of the staff with whom we interacted was the girl who took our order and brought it out to us. She was friendly and polite. We placed our order and waited outside, in order to practice social distancing from the other patrons who were coming and going. She brought the order to us at the door when it was ready.

It's good for what it is made for: gambling your paycheck away. Not nearly enough parking and they could use a few more machines, they are always full up. They make a good breakfast.

Niffy is a polite hostess , she exudes friendship and comfort easing customers into a casual atmosphere.Most people not only seek comfort but once found rarely wish to leave it.
