“This has been a very expensive day. We are driving a 2019 NewMar Dutchstar diesel pusher the check engine light was flashing...we checked the engine codes and it said our DPF filter was clogged . we were on a 7800 mile trip and we were 1700 miles away from home. We called freightliner service center twice we called Cummings twice we called NewMar once we tried everything they told us to do with negative results..finally we found the freightliner service center which was low staffed, never really even came out to tell us they were going to be delayed further than the one hour... we had already been sitting in the parking lot waiting... it was Juneteenth and they said two of their service people had called in sick on a Friday of a holiday weekend ...when we continued and found in our research this wonderful place the Cummins Service and Sales Center.. when I went into the CENTER, a very nice lady immediately got up came out to our coach, tested it and said that the tech would be back that he was on a break and he would come within the next few minutes and check everything, which he did. The program they used to check the filter, said that it needed to be replaced. They recommended that the filter could be cleaned, which would take several hours and if they could clean it, we might not have to replace it ... unfortunately it could not be cleaned to a satisfaction level that we felt comfortable with, and we had to replace it with a new filter... $$$$$ ! HUGE thing! ... they ran test during their lunch hours, they gave us first rate service..They did an amazing job. We are back on the road 6.5 hours later... I have never seen such great service. I highly recommend this service center!”

“The staff was very friendly the service was quick. I arrived at 8:30 and was all done by 2p. The drivers lounge was clean equipped with a television microwave and plenty of seating it was cold so bring of jacket. They also provide a shower for male and female lots of space and very clean. Please bring your own towels.. I will most definitely recommend them. As far as pricing, I was under warranty, charged a little bit, but not a lot.

“I've only ever been here for an oil change across multiple cars but I'm thinking of getting my car inspection done here now that they do other stuff, been going here since they were only oil changes. So far every time they've been generally good. Seem like normal people and they are are pretty fast. I doubt anyone WANTS to go get their car serviced and oil changed but these people make it go fast. They even try to help you reset your "oil change" notification!Service: Oil change”
