“I absolutely love City national bank. I went through a period where I switched jobs and something went wrong with my paycheck, my account was then in the negative. They charged me a small fee to pay off the bills that automatically came out. I also received a letter in the mail asking me to make a deposit immediately. I was so scared as all my bills were due along with this negative balance. I called the customer service number and they were amazing telling me my options of how I could pay back my negative balance in payments rather than all at once. I appreciate city national and the work that they do!”

“Poca Valley truly feels like you’re working with local. Easy to connect customer service through their call center, or branches; met with local voices and people. One very underrated feature is their unique hours with service of extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays for in-person service, for those that have issues making the traditional 9-4 banking hours. The new & improved app also makes it simplistic & easy to manage all business, loans, accounts, etc. Ultimately, they want to work with local businesses and people & you’ll find they will go the extra mile. If you’re someone that uses or needs loan, via auto/mortgage/etc, PV also generally credits better rates when you have multiple accounts there. Had nothing but exceptional service, for years! Definitely look to PV!”

“I’ve been a customer of this branch for a very long time and they have always gone above and beyond to assist with any issues I have. I recently had a fraud alert scare that locked my debit card. The Assistant Branch Manager, Brittany, already had almost the entire process complete before I even arrived at the store. I simply had to sign for my new card and tell them a pin number. One of the most pleasant and convenient experiences I’ve ever had at a bank. Would highly recommend!”
