The staff is consistent, eager to assist, and works well with customers on issues. The leadership is outstanding and the bank is involved with the community. The mobile app is easy to navigate with transparent account information. Services are clean, quick, and efficient with no long waits. Features include a convenient ATM cash and check deposit option and multiple ATMs. The bank does not charge fees to cash its own checks. It is highly recommended as the best bank in the Kanawha Valley and St. Albans area, offering all-around A+ service.

Always great customer service! Kind kind kind tellers! Have banked with them for 30 years! Outstanding job from the leadership as well! Always involved with the community! Hands down the best on the area! Particularly St Albans! Clean and quick! 2 ATM’s. Close to Gasoline and eateries as well!
