Ordered fencing material and install in August 2024. It was installed after several delivery and contractor issues by 2025. The gate is on the wrong side of the house. You can clearly see where the old gate was because it’s still there WITH A SIDEWALK to it, but they installed the new gate on the other side of the house. Ok fine, but then you open the gate, and it doesn’t open because they installed it backwards and the latch is on the outside of the fence instead of the inside. Also the gate opens to you on the outside of the fence instead of opening inside the fence. It’s also uphill, so the dirt doesn’t allow you to open it outwardly more than 30 degrees.
I’ve spoke with Lowe’s many times and they said the gate is where it’s supposed to be according to the drawing. Who drew this? That’s not the description from my estimate appointment. It’s never been corrected. Now I’m spending another $4k to have a different contractor fix the gate side. Lowe’s must be in lawsuits constantly. I would never contract them again.

Phone experience was terrible. Asked the robot several times if they had a piece of all thread in stock with a part number i provided and the robot could not answer if they have it or not but they can deliver it . I could not get through to a person after several rings the phone just hung up. If there service doesn't improve i am afraid they will be the next big chain that dies

This Lowe's has a large outdoor gardening area. When I shopped here they had lots of clearance marked down plants. They had a very large selection of regular plants for sale. The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful.

If you purchase anything here, do not opt for delivery. They will leave you hanging. Father in law can’t walk or even breathe well enough to go out but we wheeled him in to pick out a hot water heater. They said they would have it delivered for $20 the next day and the delivery company would call that evening to get our timeline. They called and set us up for 8am to 12pm delivery the next day. They didn’t show. Called Lowe’s. A rude, snarky young girl answered the phone and said “we don’t even give out times to deliver stuff so I don’t know what you are even saying…” Asked to speak to a supervisor. He says we still just have to wait. At 430 pm we call back and some OTHER person calls the delivery company ( should’ve in the first place ) and they state all workers have went home for the day. I will only buy my appliances from Home Depot after this. Trash.

I made an online purchase order of $8500 on 5/29/24 with expected delivery on 6/13/24. Spoke with Nick on 6/11/24 with deliveries and confirmed delivery for the 13th. On the 12th I received an email saying my order was delayed till 6/29/24. I immediately called the store at 3:45 pm and requested to speak with Nick or someone with delivery. I then was transferred three times and hung up on all three times. After my 4th attempt at 4:07pm someone actually took the call and said I need to talk to Nick who leaves work at 4. What a terrible experience. What happened to customer service? I personally worked for Lowe’s for several years and couldn’t imagine treating anyone like that. Very disappointed. Hopefully someone who cares about service will contact me for a resolution.
6/24/24 Update: Followed the provided instructions by the “Owner”. These folks on the provided number are just as useless. Luckily I knew this company is not serious about customer service so I started recording the interactions. Long story short…don’t use this company. They are terrible. Working on a Better Business Bureau complaint and providing all correspondence and recordings to them for review.

There is an associate by the name of Lucas at this location. He is the shining star of this location. The most helpful and wholesome individual I've dealt with in a retail environment in a while. We just finished a room remodel project and Lucas helped us multiple times in multiple departments on multiple visits and was equally awesome in every department.

no one ever answers the phone had to drive here just to see if they had a part I needed. This place is weird. I asked an employee for help and asked him to send someone to help me find something. Ended up waiting like 10 minutes for someone to come and they never came. Ended up finding The item that I needed myself. Thanks Lowe's! ???
