Month 4. A few weeks ago, I signed an agreement, along with a local manager, as to reimbursing me, the $2400, for having the painter to come back out, & make my place look like the 3 week old paint job, it was at the time their guy trashed the paint job. Lowe's didn't like it. So, Service, anything except pros, renigged on the agreement. Lowe's, the company that sent out someone to give an estimate, sold the materials, collected the $$$$, & sent LARRY, MOE, & CURRLY, to trash my home, have taken a total hands off approach, suddenly got involved, and wants me to sign a non disclosure agreement, for the $2400. I refused to sign it. I have filed a grievance with the Attorney General's, state of WV, I will file with the contractors licensing board tomorrow, along with small claims suits against Service, everything except pros, and Lowes tomorrow. DO NOT USE LOWE'S FOR HOME PROJECTS!!!!!!!

If I could give a negative star I would. Recently purchased a stackable washer dryer and a dishwasher. When the washer dryer were delivered the clamps to stack them were not delivered. Went to the store and was told we didn't purchase them and they were a separate ($70 additional dollars). Fast forward to today and the dishwasher was delivered. When it was purchased we asked for it to be installed and thought we had paid for that with the purchase. The dishwasher is in the box, sitting in my kitchen floor. Delivery drivers state they just deliver. Called the store and was told that we did not pay for installation. Next available install date is 2 weeks out. This has been a nightmare. Will never purchase from Lowes again!!

I wanted to exchange an item, because it had missing parts. I had to get a refund and repurchase the item. That would not have been a problem for me, but the counter person was rude and short about explaining they don't do exchanges. Prices are a little high, as much as $20 to $30 for a special breaker. I was able to order on line for $38 their price Lowes was $68.

, horrible customer service nobody cannot answer questions about titles on trailer waited on the phone multiple times to speak to a manager. No one can answer questions will not be doing my business with Lowe’s in the Charleston West Virginia area due to the poor knowledge of the products they sell highly recommend take your business somewhere else.

Incompetent is the best way to describe this place , they had a product i ordered and said it wasn't at the , I got the info from FedEx and the time and person that received it , then they found it except when I went to pick it up , then they couldn't find it . Finally got it . And this is only 1 of the incompetent blunders . Home Depot is much better organized.

I've been wanting a craftsman double stack tool boxes, a $800.00 plus purchase. I went to the front counter where a young man did call for someone to assist me and he called out 4 more times. After 30 minutes I told him I give but thanks for your effort.

Tried to get some wood here but it was too high and they didn't have anyone working that could use the forklift to get more down. I asked someone if they could get me help and they said they didn't have anyone so I went to Home Depot and got great customer service! Sorry Lowes but you are loosing customers keeping a skeleton crew.

Ordered a $900 generator at PRO DESK. The pro who worked there 16 years couldn't even find the lowes stock number on the lowes app. I had to show him how to do it. Sad to say the least. Two generators in store. No stock.

I bought a washer and dryer a month ago the washer malfunctioned two weeks ago. I was told it would be replaced last week. I have waited 2 different days for delivery. My time to return them is tomorrow and now they are telling me they will be here Monday after I calledthe person in appliances today after recieving a call saying the 23rd. I feel the delivery people you have contracted definitely can't do there job. If I can get someone to haul them I will be returning the washer and dryer tomorrow and going elsewhere to buy new ones. This is no way to do business. I have been a loyal customer for years but this is going to change. I won't be able to recommend your store to others.

It was nice to see Lowe's was having a cook out for thier employee after shopping for 1hr they alford their services the hole time❤that.plenty parking easy in and out right off interstate.

After purchasing a washer and dryer a week prior and on delivery when we called they said it was delivered on Wednesday…which it wasn’t. They then advised that it would be another week before we received our shipment. The front desk clerk at the store didn’t bother to help. She sent me to shipping who then advised via Supervisor that they could only offer me a 10% discount. Canceled my order. Lowes lost my business

Just needed toilet flapper but walked in, found them, and headed out. There was a man at Chek out that priced them both, and I was out total time was 5 minutes. I'm one happy shopper here!

We couldn't shop for what we wanted because a vendor (who was stocking trim in aisles by hand) refused to stop for 10 minutes so my husband and I could select trim. The vendor was wearing ear plugs. Moral: Don't shop at Lowes unless you bring earplugs along with you and are prepared to sit in your car for an hour, if necessary.
