And I’ve been through heck and back with so many stores on different issues with no one that would take time out to care enough to help get a solution to my problems. Well that all changed when I went to store 57 and met Rob Grim and his crew Leah and Cody. I have had numerous issues that no one could figure out except this crew who are very friendly and always willing to help. And every problem I’ve had Rob has went above and beyond to fix. He is always patient and funny and takes customer service to a whole other level. My family and I really appreciate everything that him and his crew have done for us.
