Take that human out of the equation and you’re left with four walls, some demo phones, and the echo of forgotten customer service dreams. With Krystun present? Suddenly the place operates like a finely tuned machine instead of a retail fever dream.
I walked in braced for the usual wireless circus—half-answers, scripted nonsense, and the subtle blame-shift where somehow you broke the universe by asking for help. None of that happened. What did happen was clarity. Problems were identified fast, explained like I wasn’t five but also not expected to be an engineer, and resolved without theatrics or corporate smoke signals.
Krystun doesn’t radiate “retail employee” energy. It’s more like “competent specialist who accidentally ended up in a phone store.” Calm, focused, sharp as hell, and refreshingly allergic to wasting time. Every step felt intentional. No stalling. No confusion. No ritual sacrifice to a manager in the back room.
Phones are already stressful. Carriers are already exhausting. Krystun treats neither like they should be your burden and somehow makes the whole experience feel… manageable. That alone puts this location in rare air.
So yes, five stars—for the store, technically.
Realistically though, it’s five stars for Krystun carrying the entire operation on their back.
If that person ever clocks out for good, I expect the Dunbar location to immediately revert to a standard-issue telecom limbo. Until then, this spot is elite—not because of logos, deals, or signage, but because one individual actually knows what they’re doing and gives a damn.

“I went to the phone store to order a 17 pro max on the first day they could be ordered. Anthony ordered it for me. I went back to the store a week later and Anthony kindly told me the phones had not been delivered yet. He was so sweet I didn't even get frustrated. When the phone came in, Rahkeijah gave it to me and transferred my data. I was concerned about losing data and photographs but she was so professional and obviously competent, I no longer worried about losing important data. I didn't have time for her to clear my old phone so I finally came in today. Rahkeijah cleared my old phone. She had to go through many steps. Of course, I didn't know my Apple ID or password. She was so incredibly patient. Anthony was available when he didn't have customers and contributed to our conversation. He actually remembered, from our conversation in September that I was taking a photography class. Rahkeijah was not only competent she was friendly and acted as if she had nothing to do but to help me. She made me feel welcomed and I enjoyed spending time at the store. Anthony added to a very pleasant experience. They are both very impressive .”
