“I went to the phone store to order a 17 pro max on the first day they could be ordered. Anthony ordered it for me. I went back to the store a week later and Anthony kindly told me the phones had not been delivered yet. He was so sweet I didn't even get frustrated. When the phone came in, Rahkeijah gave it to me and transferred my data. I was concerned about losing data and photographs but she was so professional and obviously competent, I no longer worried about losing important data. I didn't have time for her to clear my old phone so I finally came in today. Rahkeijah cleared my old phone. She had to go through many steps. Of course, I didn't know my Apple ID or password. She was so incredibly patient. Anthony was available when he didn't have customers and contributed to our conversation. He actually remembered, from our conversation in September that I was taking a photography class. Rahkeijah was not only competent she was friendly and acted as if she had nothing to do but to help me. She made me feel welcomed and I enjoyed spending time at the store. Anthony added to a very pleasant experience. They are both very impressive .”

“Xavier took the time to help my mom with a very quick and smooth transition on getting a new phone. He even offered and showed all the benefits that she (we) could get as a family.Also was offered new internet service that is lower than what she pays now. “I'd had an issue with the charger port on my phone for a while which was getting worse, and was sure I was going to have to replace it. I took it to Unplugged; they gave me a couple of options, and suggested trying the less expensive one of cleaning the port first. That took care of it and it's working with no problem! I was in and out in no time! The guys were great and provided excellent customer service at a great price! Very pleased!”

“It's a Walmart. Most the employees don't want to be there, and the customers don't want to be there. It's just they have to. Walmart is one of the biggest employers of the area. Walmart has crushed most mom and pop stores, so there is no where else to go go shop really. This is not the fault of the staff. The people who do work there work hard. Give them a break.”

In fact, they are so good at what they do, I do not have a problem waiting to deal specifically with them. As I've experienced other associates to be less helpful or as knowledgeable. “I had to buy a new phone. To make a long story short, it involves a spider, me jumping out of my car, tossing my phone on the top of the car, which i NEVER do, and me running around like Ricky Bobby on the race track thinking he's on fire! (You get the picture) Then after my meltdown I got back into my car forgetting about my phone and drove away. That happened the day before yesterday. I was so upset. I had so much information stored on that phone, -drs appts, passwords, special dates, etc. that I had to find it!! I walked McCorkle avenue for approx 6 hours in 2 days. I finally came to the realization I had to let it go. Like an old friend that was hooked to your hip for 20 years. Anyway I knew I had to stop and get me another phone. Still being sick to my stomach and extremely upset, I stopped at St. Albans Boost. LET ME TELL YOU, I don't know where Boost has been hiding their most prize possession but I found her yesterday! She instantly starting making me feel better and started assuring me that she would do everything in her power to get all my information back on my new phone. While she was working on the computer and setting up my new phone she distracted me from my worries by having a pleasant conversation with me. We talked like we knew each other forever. We talked about our families, her schooling, how long she worked for Boost and how she loved her job, etc, and before I knew it she turned my new phone around and asked if the screen looked familiar!! It was the picture that was on my old phone! She had all my apps from my old phone, my information, everything from my old phone on my new phone!! I didn't know what to say. I was so happy and appreciative. I tried to buy her dinner, I tried to do anything I could to show my appreciation but she would have none of it. She said that was her job. If I ever need Boost to help me with anything else, rest assured, I will be calling and finding out which store she is currently at, and I will be going to see her! I don't care if it is Elkview, Montgomery, etc. she will be worth the drive. This girl is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, which unfortunately has diminished since the pandemic. If you need someone from Boost to help you, do yourself a HUGE favor and ask for BRI! You can thank me later. She's wonderful. She has left such a wonderful mark on my heart that I will be stopping in to check on her from time to time. Love her.
Boost you have a gem with this one. I own a business and I also have employees, if I could steal her from you I would, but she loves her job. I would LOVE to have her on my team. You know as well as I how absolutely rare it is to have such a loyal, passionate, employee. Please do right by her. I just can't get over how she turned my day into a great one. THANK YOU BRI!!”

“I recently went to AT&T at 10 o’clock to get a phone upgrade. It was busy and I did not have an appointment. However, the staff did their best to accommodate customers, and they were very patient and emotionally sensitive and supportive to helping a variety of people work through general technology challenges. The staff conducted more general technology therapy than they did actually servicing phone plans, but that’s where they excel. All of the staff were extremely patient and thoughtful. Six stars keep up the great work.”

“Went there to upgrade my device to s23 ultra. The guy was nice swaped everything easy peasy and was out pretty quick and haven't had any issues with my phone. My cousin bought same phone went to two different boost mobile stores (patrick st and south Charleston) dealt with 1 rude employee at one and being overcharged in the end 3 days later her Sim card stopped working so she'll probably have to go to another boost mobile and pay another $25 to get her phone fixed because boost tells her she needs a new card...... males me think I only want to deal with Dunbar boost instead!”
