“Uncertain of what we really wanted, my boyfriend and I went in this evening to browse mattresses and get an idea of our options. Jennifer was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, and ultimately helped us find not only the perfect mattress, but a new adjustable base. Would shop here again and recommend others.
Update: Bed delivered on anticipated delivery date within the expected delivery time window. Was advised the delivery people would call 30 minutes prior, however I received a call when they were 15 minutes away instead. Greeted both men upon arrival and the older of the two immediately met me with complaints about my driveway and the weight of the bed frame (and similarly about the bedroom being on the second floor, all of which was communicated to the sales associate when we completed the sale). The younger man was generally pleasant. Both were courteous when accepting a tip after completing the delivery.”

From the moment I walked
in all 3 times( couldn't make my mind up)? I was greeted warmly by associate Josh Hill. He took the time to listen to what i was looking for. He provided expert advice on the furniture pieces i was looking at.
What impressed me the most was his honesty, Josh keep me informed every step of the way explaining in detail the process from purchasing, financing,&delivery. And he also in a graceful cool way put up with 2 elderly ladies that could not make their minds up about what end tables would match, he moved three sets of tables for us? and he keep his cool about it✌️

“Today Sunday June 16, 2024 I had a very good visit. My reason for visit was to return a phone I had bought online. ( it wasnt scanned before shipment & carrier said it was
activated & added service plan. It WAS NOT unlocked because ONLY VERIZON not totalbyverizon could unlock it. ). My money was refunded & I was sent back to purchase new phone. I found the one I ordered but asked cashier to add plan from returned phone. That is when she informed me it could NOT be unlocked through any carrier but Verizon!! I had no idea ( the front of the box had Total by Verizon in big letters.) Thank you to the young lady at the Tech cell phone department for stopping me from buying another phone I couldn't use with my service plan & telling me to carefully research phones from other stores to assure I got one that worked with my carrier! I didn't catch her name but she wa small, doing dark haired & slender. It was at 3:00 in the afternoon. She deserves kudos for easily explaining the otherwise confusing information on the website
& packaging that the phone came in. Beware other shoppers! Thanks again to the clerks in the Electronics Dept in.”

“I took my sofa cushion & piece of carpeting to Dunbar Furniture Mart to choose fabric when ordering a Flexsteel rocker recliner with power lumbar, power headrest, full leg/foot support, usb charging port, headrest & armrest covers. Flexsteel offers a selection of 250 fabrics at no additional cost above the price of the recliner. Price was half the cost compared to other furniture stores from Barboursville to Charleston for top quality made furniture. My order was delivered within six weeks. Jim Moore, owner since 1963, was very courteous, professional and helpful in selecting my new recliner. I also purchased an additional ottoman for my wingback chair. I purchased dining room furniture from Dunbar Furniture Mart in the mid/90’s and have been very well satisfied.”
