No techs on site to deal with the issue the sale rep tried to blame the outage but the issue happened way before the outage …you are sending the customer to a private tech to fix the problem. As a customer I feel that it s a direct slap in the face and we don’t matter anymore.

Matt, the representative, was very helpful. He walked us through a difficult task of closing one account, due to a death, and moving those phone lines into my account. It was the BEST visit I have had at AT&T.

I received a new phone I had ordered and was able to transfer everything from my old phone with no problem. However, I could not get the darn thing to activate!! Since I needed a new case & a couple other accessories, I knew they could help me at our local Elkins store. Well I was greeted before the door even shut behind me by a friendly young man (I’m terrible with names). I told him my problem and, before I knew it, my phone was activated. He then proceeded to help me find everything else I wanted & needed!! All this in such a friendly manner & all under 15 minutes!! Just call me a happy customer!!!

Great service at a great price!! Staff was tremendously helpful. I was even able to trade my old S8 for a brand new S22 for free!! If you have any Samsung S series phone, in any condition, they will give you $800 towards a new phone. I am very happy after switching over to AT&T!!!

The staff was amazing they got me set up and fought to get my number for me. I had a screaming baby with me and they were patient understanding and great to help me with him so I could get them my information they went above and beyond customer service to help me get my service set up

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jesse was very rude and seemed agitated by my questions regarding upgrading my phone. I would have likely continued with upgrading my phone at this location, but not now. Looks like I will be driving to another.
