“Had a busted tire and bent tie rod, and chris let me tow my vehicle to his place the night before he got me back on the road the same day I needed to get to work, got me a tire, and a part the same day, helped a lot when I needed it done quick and with great pricing!”
“Great independent business in Elkins. Always able to get a quick appt. So friendly and helpful. We came from another state and they have helped us understand the requirement differences here in WV.”
“Awesome people, went out if their way to help me/ look at my vehicle on the spot. Family owned and operated and competitive with pricing. Thank You all for helping on the spot, with such short notice. Customer service is most important to me, and I am extremely pleased with your level of customer service.”
“Came here in a panic with a screw in my tire losing air fast (2 hours from home) and they took care of me right away. Everyone was very kind and had all 4 tires ready in stock and put on and back on the road in 40 minutes almost at closing time. Very patient people!”
“Very pleased with my experience with this Ford dealership. Can’t say enough about René, who helped me throughout this entire process and answered all my questions and believe me they were many thank you again Renee and a great experience with my Maverick purchase.”
“Would give Bob 10 stars if I could. Serpentine belt broke on highway coming into Elkins after-hours on Friday on our way to a campout, over 2 hours from home with 2 ornery boys in tow. He recommended a great hotel and restaurant for us, picked up our car and got us back in business the next morning. He went above and beyond to help us out in a tough situation! Thank you soooooo much, Bob!”
“I am from the Elkins area. Colonial Court has been a long standing and reputable place for all things auto in Elkins. Most of us in and around Elkins know this is the best place to take your vehicle to if you run into any issues. They are honest, knowledgeable, and have reasonable prices. So when my air conditioner went out in my Kia, and an out of town mechanic was unable to fix it, I made an appointment to take to Colonial Court as soon as I got back to town. Thanks to Todd, the air conditioning in my car is now running ice cold for a fraction of the price I paid to not get my ac fixed out of town! I personally, have not used their rental services but have heard through the grapevine that they are a great place to rent a car from as well. Whether you need a tow, a mechanic, or a rental I highly recommend taking your car to Colonial Court!”
“Excellent customer service I will recommend anybody to them they are very respectful and they get the job done when they say they'll get it done and I will be doing future business with them”

“Elkins jeep provides fast honest quality service. They always get me in and out fast and never try to upsell you on unnecessary items. I know they value my business and vehicle! Kevin and Brandon always take good care of me. The woman that works in the service department is also very helpful too, but I don’t know her name”
