“I am not from Elkins, nor am I from WV at all. I was doing a 600 mile off-road camping trip all throughout the various state parks from northern WV, through VA, to southern WV and then looping back north. My Xterra started missing heavily and running horribly while I was in the beaver creek park area. I turned around and nursed it into Elkins and the first shop I saw was a little hole-in-the-wall place called "See's Automotive" and I immediately u-turned and went in. I gave Tommy the situation and he said he could take a look if I didn't mind waiting for his current customer to finish up. Ended up being a cylinder 1 misfire, needed a coil and plug. Swapped out all of them on bank 1 and I was back on my way and at a very reasonable price. They knew I was at their mercy being from out of town with an undrivable car but they were honest, and friendly and even took care of my GSD and Malinois I had in the back. I would recommend these guys to anyone local, and if you happen to need something while passing through these guys will treat yolu proper. Thanks guys!”

“Best place in Elkins WV to get brand new tires at a bargain price. Also they are the go-to for a quick check up when you are unsure of what is going on with your vehicle without a high charge (sometimes no charge at all). They have come to my vehicle on the highway when I was overheating at no charge and once have done fix a flat when my tires deflated. They did a drop off/pick up locally while my vehicle was being worked on. They also do great honest inspections and fast oil changes on a walk-in. They always have great local references to give of other shops too if they cannot fix an issue themselves. Great people to work with. Thank you.”
“These guys have saved my ass twice now. First time when the tire pump at sheetz malfunctioned and I had a flat. Today, I noticed that my tire was low again after just filling it up last night. Called them and they said they'd be in till noon. Got there about 10 till, and they got right to work. Found a screw in my tire and had it fixed in just a few minutes. Great guys!”

“Simple punctured tire repair on a Tesla, but they handled it very reasonably. Their equipment was also able to reprogram a new TPMS sensor and worked perfect 1st time. Bill is great at keep you informed on progress and ETA to completion.”

“Found ourselves with a broken brake fluid line 4 hours from home. Called half a dozen different places after midnight and got a call back from them in just under an hour.
Jason towed us to the shop, and he and James opened up for us at 9 am on Sunday (the day they are closed) and worked till our car was fixed and we were back on the road after 11:30. They were super friendly: explained everything to us and even showed us the damage and how to avoid it in the future, and even helped us undo some damage from previous poor work. Offered us food and drinks, nice places to see in the area. If you need any maintenance done, scheduled or otherwise, this is one of the best I’ve been too so far. Say hello to the boys and the shop cat, Honey.”
