Recently Relocated to this area: between Quick-Sanderson, West Virginia. Long time, customer of the Chase branch in Saint Albans as well as South Charleston. Always dealt with Jeri Beth Curry – Fisher for many many years!!! I do miss seeing her on a regular basis at the bank, her customer service was always, always top-notch, however, I now bank at my new location in the Pinch /Elkview area, Trying to remember the names, Craig, the branch manager, as well as sweet Emma. All the employees here are welcoming, enthusiastic, and very helpful. Roadhouse, he had an issue with his Chase, Disney debit card and some recent issues with Amazon, and Miss Sweet Emma, She was able to solve my issues very promptly. A big thanks, and hats off to the Elkview/pinch Chase bank Location, keep up the good work, and thank you again Emma for all of your help. Roadhouse, he is so elated, that he indeed stated: my cup runneth over!!!🙏🏼🫡🇺🇸– Peace out, and always remain classy, from Roadhouse, James Allen Sayre

Tabitha Tabitha Tabitha... In this day and age, where customer service and retention is not only a thing of the past, half the representatives you speak to (If they are even human )most likely couldn't SPELL the word Retention, let alone know what it means. I was over the moon when I left Woodforest (How I got away from them without a loss I will never know. "Kiosk Bank"...New term, look it up...NOT good) and came to Chase or JPMorgan Chase. Yes, I've had a couple issues with the national number, but then again, I have been a problem prone customer, needy and should never have let my roommate use my accounts for recurring video game charges. But, Tabitha at the Elkview, WV Branch seems STILL too good to be true. Perfect combination of PROFESSIONALISM...but KIND, 'Big City', Manhattan Financial District whit and knowledge...but without the Five Boroughs attitude. My branch is really small and I would be lost if she left, but if she ever wanted to move up, Chase would be foolish not to pull her into a district or regional position. I have the need for some investing coming up soon and though I will need to utilize more in the way of money markets and investments, it is because of her I will keep several accounts at that branch, especially Estate Household Accounts, where there is a lot of outgoing capital on a daily basis, which because of volume and transactions alone exposes vulnerability and I'm not sure I would trust anyone else. If I were to need assistance after hours, whether it was a fault on my end or not, I wouldn't be up all night, worrying or calling the national line, I would sleep sound knowing I could reach out the next day and she would be able to decipher what the fudgesicle!! I did wrong and explain it easily and let me know what the realtime impact is. Thanks Tabitha! and whomever hired her, thanks Chase!

I have been using Chase for years now and have never had a problem. They offer free checking for any honorably discharged veteran. The folks inside are as nice as can be. If your looking for a nice bank and your a vet this is the place for your money!

Why is Chase bank open, when you can't even call there. I have tied Numerous times only to get a busy signal that sounds like it is out of order?
