Ordered a blanket back in July 2023 for a CHRISTMAS present, of course it came in a sealed bag so why would I open it?? My mom opened it on Christmas day and it was stained, sent them a email on 12/25/23 didn't hear anything, I forwarded it to ANOTHER email on 1/2/24 they told me they only go back 30 days, but yet stand by the product. Had to contact someone that has been with them for years, he ended up blocking both of us like a child!.. because of something I bought and it came damaged... needless to say I will never support them nor will I refer anyone to them. The emails sent from them were absolutely unprofessional. I never asked for a refund just wanted something for it being ruined!

They told me they would send me a return label, because the item was damaged on arrival. I sent pictures not 10 mins after I received the item and they never sent it. They told me they would send it through regular mail. I emailed, called and text them over 10 times and over a month and a half later, still nothing. I even asked them just to email the label to me and no response. They also didn’t send me one of my items I paid for. I don’t have another $40-$50 to lose to send it back, when I am not the one who did not pack the item securely in the first place. Sad when you cannot trust someone’s word anymore.

I let them know about an item I received damaged, (within 10 MINUTES of delivery), I also sent pictures, they said they would send me a return label. After several attempts (over 10, emails and I called (no answer) several times and texted) and over a month and a half later, I still have not received the return label. I even asked them just to email me the return label and nothing. I would have contacted my credit card company, but the item is heavy and it would have cost me $40-$50 to send it back myself, (I checked online with UPS and USPS). I am already out $200.00, I wasn't going to be out even more money, because it was not my fault the item was not packed sufficiently. When picked up you could feel the item shift and hit the sides of the box it was in and hear all the pieces moving and hitting each other. Also, in another order, I paid for three items and received two. At first, I only received one, but after texting, I received one more, texted again and still haven't received the third item....
