“Home for the holidays and needed a place to workout that wouldn't make me get an annual membership. They only charged me $30 for the week. Given all of their divers equipment and programs, this is a steal.
Kyle (owner) is personable and rightfully proud of his new operations & staff. Most of the staff is friendly & helpful. It's not crowded during mid-morning, which gave me freedom to do a superset workout yesterday and a military-style cross-training workout today without interruption.”

I come here to work out all the negative energy and to just make myself happy again .
I got to say, the environment is great and this isn't planet fitness . There is some real gym goers that you will meet, they will push you and it's awesome.
I found my happiness here , I eat through the pain with weights and the sauna pushing myself through it.
I would give this place a 10/10
100% recommend if you're going through a breakup / divorce/ anything where you need to keep yourself alive. And on top of that

“I was the first person to use the equipment and there were amazing, staffing and coaches were extremely welcoming. I used the leg press machine, bench press, i also used a few dumbbell. I would recommend this location to everyone looking for a comfortable gym. Everything inside this facility is brand new...I love it!!!”
“The best and only rock climbing gym in Charleston. Despite being a short drive out of town, it's a great spot. Regulars coming to climb often. Just bouldering but plenty of variety. Nice vibe to the gym and friendly owners”

“Nice gym. While small they provide a variety of gym equipment. They have a stand up and lay down tanning bed. They also have a hydromassage bed (I highly recommend it). Pros: you can use it anytime, reasonable cost, equipment is in good shape, employees are helpful cons: they do not provide towels, sweat towels, or shampoo/soap (They provideded all of these when I joined.)”
