Love all kroger stores!

I am a fan of Kroger. The deals cannot be beat and the product is always good. I prefer to buy my fruits and veggies there. I have purchased strawberries there the last 3 weeks and they are the best I’ve had in a long time. My family would choose Kroger over anywhere to get groceries. We do self check out most of the time since there aren’t many cashiers, the registers usually give me a fit several times but other than that, I have no complaints. We love it!

Would never shop here again if walmart was closer. The only people that get hired here too are high school kids... no wonder the place has went down hill.

Not only have they moved the pickup spots, but they will do nothing about people using them as parking spaces.

I unfortunately shop here after work because I have to, the parking is terrible since they took out a chunk of it for the gas station then later the pick up spots.
The isles are way to close together for a store that has that many customers and one will find themselves trapped by other shoppers if they don’t watch. The self checkout is ok, but the machines will mess with you from time to time.
Often times you won’t find an item that you’re looking for because it’s not stocked, instead of stocking items they have to many employees picking orders.
Once I had to wait 10 minutes along with three other people for a gallon of milk, because the person who should have been stocking the dairy was assigned to pick orders.
I gave them two stars because the employees seem pretty nice but
I really hate shopping at this location.

March 25. 2024. For over two years, the shelves in these stores are not stocked. If you want food, DON'T SHOP HERE. Go to another Kroger store. The ones on Delaware Ave and St Albans are always stocked.

The manager is an arrogant prick. As a customer Im not comfortable with the way he treats the employees. I dont shop at this Kroger which is the closest to my home anymore because of the abuse I've seen from him toward the employees there. It's sad. Some of those workers have been there for decades and he's fired so many of them that's its ridiculous. The friendly faces we all got used to seeing are mostly gone. None of them seem happy anymore and even when I've been checking out my groceries he stands there snearing and unfriendly. I feel bad for all the people who have to work under that man. He's more like an overlord than a manager. I won't be going back until they replace that man.

It’s 1:00 on. Friday afternoon- NO Carts in the store. 2 people in the lines . Asked why no carts the answer was we’re busy. Had to use a hand basket and carry my groceries.. I’m a 70 year old woman. Had to get what I had to have. If they are busy on the third of the month call more people in to work.. bad enough you have to wait on yourself, now you want people to go out and get your own cart. Wasn’t that busy. Lousy service!!!

This store is always out of stock !!!!! The deli is never stocked always out of bread and lunch meat ?. Seems you have to place your orders down town. Wake up management !!!!!!
