Self Storage in Elkview, WV

“Staff members at the Elkview Mini Mall Storage facility are not that helpful. We've had a couple of issues where they told us a certain payment amount monthly after 1 month being free which wasn't free we had to pay $75 for the first month and then $174 a month after. We paid the 75 and then a month later the 174. Two months came around our bill went up to $223?? We called to see if we had a late fee or something, nope!!! it's their normal to charge customers that high of a price!! And then we had to deal with our storage unit not having a lock on the back door and they proceeded to tell us that we have to provide our own lock by a certain day or they will charge us a late fee. Overall this storage unit is really nice, well-maintained and clean. They have good lighting and surveillance cameras. I give this rating a 4 instead of a 2 since the manager Kevin is the only one that seems to care, he was professional and friendly and so helpful over the phone every time I pay. I know one thing this is my second storage unit facility I have rented in Pinch and loved them which was 4 years ago. They were more affordable and communicative and honest. Didn't give me any trouble.”

“We rented a Uhaul so I can't speak to the self storage aspect. But awesome Uhaul truck or trailer rentals. This was out second rental last time we just needed a trailer this time a truck - both times we received stellar service and a great rate on the rentals.Very friendly staff that really goes the extra mile to work around your timeline and needs. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Uhaul to rent!”
