“I am an established pet owner who takes/have taken my pets to Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital. I currently have 8 cats and 2 dogs and feel they do an excellent job caring for all. Through personal experience of having that care tested many times there has only been a couple of times that I felt the vet involved didn't meet my expectations of customer/doctor relationship. Solution: unless an emergency schedule with vet of your choice. The 4 rating stems from cost of care. In some situations it exceeds my ability to pay. While working not a problem but we are now retired seniors and care challenges our disposable income.”
