“Good people. I haven't gotten them to service a vehicle yet, but I already like the way they do business.My son and girlfriend were on a road trip from VA to Ohio when our car catastrophically broke down. My son called all over to shops in town to see who could look at this and see if he could get back on the road. Everyone was busy, including Davis, but they told him they'd get him in in 2 hours. Checked it out, didn't try to do a bunch of work and take advantage of a kid who wouldn't have known the difference. Told him it was fried, let him hang out there a bit until we made a plan. I got there a few hours later, they treated me like a repeat customer. They also have let me keep it there for a bit while I make arrangements for the car instead of insisting I get it somewhere else, which would involve expense, towing, etc. If I lived in Beckley, I would absolutely be a customer here. In fact, I'm buying a replacement in the area, and am planning to make an appointment with them to check it out once I do. I believe you need people to work on your vehicle that you can trust and that seem like humans, not just drones who repeat scripts from a book. I look for that when I try to find mechanics. After being treated like this and reading the reviews of their great service, I would absolutely recommend this shop. Many thanks to Lenny, Jessica and crew!”

“If you need a nice car and have maybe not such a great past with car buying or credit issues this is the place for you. My wife and I got a jeep from them and even when JD Byrider tried to get us a ride it was way out of down payment range for us. He got us approved over the phone and got us in the car that afternoon even helped find cheaper insurance. Love love love this place and the guy is my kind of people!”
“DON'T LET OTHERS FOOL YOU ON REVIEWS. Bobs auto is awesome. I had to have a simple task of changing coolant in my car and they did it on spot and swiftly when no one else in Beckley would. Also they pointed out problems I could run into and offered services of which I will follow up on. They took time out to check my brakes rotors and even for leaks anywhere in the cooling system. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FAIR PRICED!”
“Took an 8 hour trip to burning rock atv park for a bachelor's party. One of the guys blew a radiator hose. We made a call from a mountain top on a hope that someone had the hose in stock. They had a hose is stock, but unfortunately it did not work. They did say that it might not because it wasn't for that exact machine but we decided to try it. Problem was they closed at 2 and we didn't call until 1:30. Lanis from there offered to bring it to us. We met him at 2 15 in the parking lot. Awesome dude and we really appreciated the effort! If we're ever back here and need parts they're the first ones we are calling.”
“Delivered some giant tires here and found out there was a mix up in paperwork from the tire manufacturer, the staff here was above and beyond and helped me with getting the delivery done with no issues,they were very friendly and helpful. This was definitely a good experience and wouldn't mind returning.”
