“This is my favorite pharmacy that I've ever been to! They are extremely nice and know who you are just by looking at you most of the time! You do not have to wait too long for your prescriptions like some other companies. They usually have things in stock and if they don't you would literally get it the next day. The pharmacist and everyone else in here is extremely nice and I would highly recommend it”

We are and have been so lucky to have such a one-of-a-kind place in Martinsburg. With its history, offerings and wonderful customer service I’m sad to see them leave this location, but wishing success in the future at their new location! “After moving to Martinsburg from Ashburn Virginia I was looking for a grocery store that was similar to the Giant grocery store that I was use to. One stop for everything. After shopping the discount grocery store a few times and never finding everything I decided to try Martin's. That was 5 years ago and I've never been disappointed. I shop at least 2 times a week. Not only does Martin's have a great inventory of groceries they also carry a large selection of pet supplies cosmetics and much more including a pharmacy and gasoline that I always save money on by using my Martin's card. Sunday I got gasoline for 2.59 a gallon. Needless to say I always get my gas there too. Just a great place to get everything we need. Don't forget their bakery yummy.”
“Went there for donuts. The have the best country style donuts (Think of Krispy Kremes but the donuts actually fill you up). Was a big hit with family. Wish we a Martin's in Richmond VA.”

“Small store, but has a lot for it's size.. My go to shopping.. I have a Food lion about a mile from where I live, but will travel up rt 45 to go here.. people that work there are super nice.. Bakery is really good..
Other customers there are generally nice and good local people..

“I have been having trouble filling my prescription for over a week due to it apparently being on back order. I do understand that there is nothing that the pharmacy can do about this. However, I have called multiple times to ask about an update. Usually, everyone is extremely kind and provides me with confirmation that the order is out of stock and they have let me know that they will get it filled as soon as possible. Unfortunately today I did not have such a great experience. I spoke with someone named Kelsey who was extremely rude. I switched to Walmart because I was having issues at CVS and it’s just really unfortunate that I am beginning to have issues here now as well. It’s very frustrating not having a prescription filled for over a week and a half, but I appreciate all the people who have provided me with great customer service. If I was basing it off of just my phone call today, I would’ve given 1 star. Do better Kelsey ”
“Excellent pharmacy that brings back the kind of service and care hometown pharmacies once embodied. Will go to bat for you and takes the time to explain things to you in a way that makes sense. Ive always been able to count on Moore's and consider them a blessing amongst a sea of uncaring "competitors".
TLDR: We need more pharmacies like Moore's. It is excellent.”

“My husband and I went into the store today to get our COVID vaccines. Everyone was SUPER friendly. The main pharmacist told us that Kendra would be taking care of us. Indeed, Kendra was awesome. She should get an award for the most painless shots this side of the Mississippi! Neither my husband nor I felt a thing!
When we went up to check out, Jessica, another very helpful worker,took care of us. She had price checked something for me earlier. She must have heard us talking about how painless the shots were, because she also complemented her coworker.
She and Kendra had very bright personality. We really enjoyed our visit.”
“I get the majority of my prescriptions filled here. I am a card carrying member - $5 gets me a $10 credit a month to spend as I please - and free home delivery - including prescriptions. Much better than the competition across the street.”
