“I have been getting Jojo’s for years (picked up by my office manager at work) but today was my first time actually stepping foot into Patterson’s and wow, what a gem. We are and have been so lucky to have such a one-of-a-kind place in Martinsburg. “After moving to Martinsburg from Ashburn Virginia I was looking for a grocery store that was similar to the Giant grocery store that I was use to. One stop for everything. After shopping the discount grocery store a few times and never finding everything I decided to try Martin's. That was 5 years ago and I've never been disappointed. I shop at least 2 times a week. Not only does Martin's have a great inventory of groceries they also carry a large selection of pet supplies cosmetics and much more including a pharmacy and gasoline that I always save money on by using my Martin's card. Sunday I got gasoline for 2.59 a gallon. Needless to say I always get my gas there too. Just a great place to get everything we need. Don't forget their bakery yummy.”

“Excellent pharmacy that brings back the kind of service and care hometown pharmacies once embodied. Will go to bat for you and takes the time to explain things to you in a way that makes sense. Ive always been able to count on Moore's and consider them a blessing amongst a sea of uncaring "competitors".
TLDR: We need more pharmacies like Moore's. It is excellent.”

Thank you Walmart for supplying an ample amount of assistance in the pharmacy as well as storewide. I am actually rewriting my review from a few months ago in which I gave 1 star.
You guys are deserving of 6 stars not just 5 right now??I was anticipating for an unnecessarily dreadful and painfully slow experience at the pharmacy like I had received before, but it was amazingly quite the opposite! The other store associates were knowledgeable and friendly as well. They are now provided with ample assistance if anything shall occur. If they do not have the answer to your question, they are willing to find another associate that can assist in a timely manner and will not leave you hanging. It was one of the most lovely experiences I've ever had at any Walmart.

“Small store, but has a lot for it's size.. My go to shopping.. I have a Food lion about a mile from where I live, but will travel up rt 45 to go here.. people that work there are super nice.. Bakery is really good..
Other customers there are generally nice and good local people..
The staff here will always go out of their way to help you.”

“This location is one of my favorites. Staff is the same as any location. Treat people with respect and kindness and you will receive the same in return.Parking is easy in and out as the lot is not littered with curbed grass islands. The lot is extra large and accommodates rv's, Commercial trucks, and personal vehicles nicely. Walmart's provide a shopping experience available nowhere else. I've been stopping at this location for 14 years as the operator of a semi truck pulling 53 foot trailers. I spend the night at Walmart's +80% of the nights on the road. I've always been impressed with the cleanliness of the parking lot here. Anxiously waiting for hours to go back to open 24/7 as I normally shop around 0400 in the morning to avoid the crowds. “My husband and I went into the store today to get our COVID vaccines. Everyone was SUPER friendly. The main pharmacist told us that Kendra would be taking care of us. Indeed, Kendra was awesome. She should get an award for the most painless shots this side of the Mississippi! Neither my husband nor I felt a thing!
When we went up to check out, Jessica, another very helpful worker,took care of us. She had price checked something for me earlier. She must have heard us talking about how painless the shots were, because she also complemented her coworker.
She and Kendra had very bright personality. We really enjoyed our visit.”

“Wife using husband’s account- I’m Jennifer and I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years now. I’m on a maintenance drug called suboxone. I’ve noticed before the one manager acts a little snooty when I come through. I’m not sure if she thinks she’s better than me because I’m on a prescription medication or what But she should realize that she works in a pharmacy so she’s gonna deal with a variety of people and if she has biases, she needs to keep them at home or find another career. I don’t wanna put her on blast because she does have two or three little kids and she’s fairly young probably in her 20s. I’m not trying to get her in trouble, but I want to send the message that I noticed her rudeness and I noticed the way she treated me. Then I was reading some reviews from Walgreens, and apparently a lot of the pharmacist there treat people differently according to the medication they take or in the one case where the transgender person had came in and was humiliated in front of everyone because the pharmacist was not keeping that individuals information quiet. That’s so unprofessional.
The upside? Today I came through the drive-through and the most beautiful dark skin woman took care of me. She saw the medication that I was taking, and she still treated me like a human with dignity and respect. She even gave my dog a treat. Maybe she’ll teach the rest of the pharmacist how to act. The next time I come through there and I feel like I’m not being treated fairly, it’s going to be a problem. I’ll call whoever is in charge of that store. Somebody will be held accountable.”
