“Had to have a brake rotor turned today. The worker was very helpful. He was there by himself taking care of customers in the store, answering the phone plus turning the rotor for me. He done an awesome.job but you would think a business like this would have at least 2 workers at all times. This guy was going non stop and never complained. Hats off to him but the company should be ashamed to make a worker work by himself on a Sunday.”

“I have been here quite a few times and to most of the auto parts store in the area. I like it because it is close to my location but ultimately the best thing is the employees. Every time I go there I have a pleasant experience. I went twice today to fix a lawnmower and Pat shipped with me and literally took my around the store to grab everything I needed. She is more knowledgeable about these things than me and that is another reason I like the store because there are women who know more than men when it comes to cars and three of them work here. They took my batteries back even the ones that aren’t the usual ones, they still were able to recycle it for me. I will be back for sure. Highly recommended.”

“Recently purchased a Rzr from Matt, and I can honestly say this has been the smoothest vehicle (very expensive toy) purchase experience in my life. No BS, tricks, or schemes that literally every other Polaris (car dealers apply too) dealer I've worked with in the past, try to pull.I don't believe the words "honest" and "dealer" have ever been used in the same sentence before. But Gravely Polaris is the single exception.To boot, Matt's knowledge on Polaris vehicles is mind blowing. In other words, "Matt is the service manual".Trina was also of great assistance finalizing a complicated out of state deal, the communication was outstanding as well.I live 3.5hrs away and will never buy another Polaris machine from anyone other than the team at Gravely.”
