About Truist
Truist is a bank with wonderful, friendly, and great staff who are really nice. Customers are recognized and attended to quickly. Many have been loyal customers for years, from six or seven to nearly twenty, noting it is one of the better banks in the area. The commercial line is typically not too busy. However, some mention a desire for more ATMs in town and note possible policy issues, though problems are rare and are made right when they occur.

I’ve been banking here since I lived in Myrtle Beach. (Wells Fargo then). No need to go anywhere else.

Wonderful staff are always friendly when I make deposits for the company. Mainly the commercial line isn't too busy I never have to wait more than 3 cars to get in and out.

For sure one of the better banks around the Huntington area we have had our bank account there for six or seven years now have never had a problem. If we have had a problem they have made it right and the employees are really nice also.
