“We had a great customer experience, but the store was unbearably hot. Apparently the air conditioning has not worked for a month. I truly felt sorry for your employees. There were also customers walking in and because it was so hot they chose to leave. It was as hot inside as it was outside. My arms were actually sticking to the desk due to sweat.
I also asked an employee if At&T provided them with the fans they were using and they said no they bought them with their own money. There was portable air conditioners but they were making no difference. I hope for your customers and employees sake this matter is resolved soon.”

“Originally brought my 2009 IMAC in for a reboot because I went on a dramatic adventure into the drives and deleted everything. Little did I know that would be the end of that journey with my precious IMAC 😭…. I had to upgrade my computer and I’m absolutely so happy that I did. “My wife took her phone there cars were going on my daughters make a wish vacation well cpr said it was broke and just for them to touch it it was $50 and I told my wife to go to malfunction junction they new the situation the screen wasn’t bad and the care about there customers cpr didn’t give two shits even with it being my daughters make a wish trip they didn’t care if we had pics but you know what malfunction junction cared very professional they don’t try to rip you off never ever will I go back to that place”

“I was in 3rd Ave Cricket Wireless earlier this week. I've been with Boost for years. However my phone broke and Boost offered me zero deals or incentives. I was spoken to by James as I came in the door at Cricket and he was quick to help! It was like talking to a friend. He hooked me up! I'd recommend anyone to go see James at 3rd Ave Cricket. I appreciate all his help and I love my new phone!”
“The people here truly want to help their customers. I went in and it was pretty busy but Doug made me feel like my time was still valuable. He walked me through a complete phone transfer and iPad transfer for the business. Doug also set us up with home internet. He didn’t just give me the technology, he actually walked me through setting it up. He also explained my bill to me in great detail so I knew exactly what to expect. A stressful situation was made sooo much easier with Doug’s help. Super glad I switched to Tmobile. If you need anything, definitely go in and ask for him!”
