He even allowed my son to see the inside of the phone and how it works. This was the 4th or 5th time we have used CPR and we have always had great results and friendly service. “Always fair prices, friendly, and helpful, only had an issue once with a phone(bout 2 years ago) came in box like new and after having it a month or so it locked up and couldn’t use, just kept showing message saying phone had been reported stolen??♀️…I took it back and they made sure I had another phone that day. Any time I need something fixed or a phone upgrade I go here. I drive from Ashland just bc I know that they will treat me right and not try to rip you or make a fortune off you.”

Staff was knowledgeable and most of all friendly respectful and polite. Things that customer service lacks these days. I bought 2 phones last night so the real test is how well i get service on my phone i will find out today.”
