“We had a great customer experience, but the store was unbearably hot. Apparently the air conditioning has not worked for a month. I truly felt sorry for your employees. There were also customers walking in and because it was so hot they chose to leave. It was as hot inside as it was outside. My arms were actually sticking to the desk due to sweat.
I also asked an employee if At&T provided them with the fans they were using and they said no they bought them with their own money. There was portable air conditioners but they were making no difference. I hope for your customers and employees sake this matter is resolved soon.”

“A few years ago I had a screen and battery replaced on my iPhone. They told me the battery has a lifetime warranty. I had an issue just recently and they replaced it under warranty with no charge. These guys are the best”

“I was in 3rd Ave Cricket Wireless earlier this week. I've been with Boost for years. However my phone broke and Boost offered me zero deals or incentives. I was spoken to by James as I came in the door at Cricket and he was quick to help! It was like talking to a friend. He hooked me up! I'd recommend anyone to go see James at 3rd Ave Cricket. I appreciate all his help and I love my new phone!”
“The people here truly want to help their customers. I went in and it was pretty busy but Doug made me feel like my time was still valuable. He walked me through a complete phone transfer and iPad transfer for the business. Doug also set us up with home internet. He didn’t just give me the technology, he actually walked me through setting it up. He also explained my bill to me in great detail so I knew exactly what to expect. A stressful situation was made sooo much easier with Doug’s help. Super glad I switched to Tmobile. If you need anything, definitely go in and ask for him!”
