Kroger is a well-stocked store offering thousands of quality food and household products, serving as a one-stop shop for savings. Many employees are described as amazing, courteous, professional, friendly, helpful, gracious, nice, and polite. The store can be a little chaotic with a weird, bunched-together layout and some very narrow aisles, yet customers can find everything they need. However, experiences vary by location. One store is noted for having very bare shelves and seeming kind of grungy for in-store shopping, though its pickup service is great. Another location has provided entertainment from shoplifters. While most staff are praised, one employee at a specific store is cited as unprofessional, inattentive, and downright rude, making some customers uncomfortable and leading them to wish for another choice. Despite isolated issues, many customers and even a former employee continue to shop there regularly.
I was looking for a spicy chilli oil by fly by jing which they did not have, disappointing. I also like the oatmeal bowls they didn't have a very large selection of those and no singles

Our experience was great bc the manager Jonathan was so helpful in answering our questions. He even gave us some helpful and useful information for multiple things!

Kroger's is always good to shop. It's an old store and not a Super Center, but you can get your everyday items here. The people who work here are great.
