“Very clean, and staff was curious and helpful. This is my go to store for low salt canned veggies. They have a wide variety and while I prefer fresh veggies it is not always possible. Thank you Save-a-Lots!”
“Shop there all the time. Great selection for a smaller store, excellent management. The manager has even ordered in special requests for us. The deli is my go to in the afternoon or after work. Their Thanksgiving items from the deli were delicious.”
“They help this little community out a lot they are open all the time the female employe I'll keep her name out of it but the store was robbed she had a gun pointed to her face and she came back to work the same day. Wow. She works 75 hours a week at least and they're not as pricey as they could be their tobacco and beer prices are pretty fair and they are open all the time even on holidays and they don't really have to go all out like they do but they help us out a lot.”
“Great little corner store that’s locally owned. Wonderful selection of deli meats and cheeses, cut to order. Also, the prepared food is great! Choices of made to order sandwiches, hotdogs, bbqs, and in the winter months, different soups. You won’t be disappointed when you stop in.”
“If you shop at Kroger a lot you already know every dollar you spend you get a point towards gas and once you get so much you can save a dollar on gas at the pump each fill up so that helps a lot especially right now when gas prices are the way they are right now!”
“These Staff member's have so much on their hands. I feel bad for them. Their District Manager was in the store one day when I was there and He was so rude to the Staff right in front of all of the lined up Customer's. Another time the Store Manager came in and once again I was there in line making me think this happens A LOT. She's yelling at the Employee telling her she will get all of the colors changed by a certain time after the Employee told her she just changed all of the colors. (They had just changed again) These Manager's like showing theirs muscles to the Clientel. Yet these kind Employees do not take it out on the Client's. Seems to me there should be a turn of tables to show these so called Manager's how to treat People, even in the most stressful of situations. The 5 stars are for the Staff and the prices.”

Coolers was stocked with lots of food. The isles were clear and neatly stocked.
The 4th ave and 1st location in Huntington is also a good store. To the manager and owners of the Dg Market. Can you upgrade the other Stores as DG Market as well. You keep the coolers full , You will keep your customers. Good job”
“Every time we go to this store its always clean , tidiness and the employees make you feel welcomed.. I enjoy this store . Not in a good area, but at least they put a grocery store here. “I was looking for a spicy chilli oil by fly by jing which they did not have, disappointing. I also like the oatmeal bowls they didn't have a very large selection of those and no singles”
“I usually don't review chain stores, but this morning I showed up at 7:30 to pick up cold medicine for my daughter who woke up sick. A gentleman met me at the door and said their hours just changed and they don't open until 8 now. I told him the situation and he told me he already had his register set up and to go ahead and get what I needed.
So thankful for his kindness, and that I didn't have to drive all over town for another place.”
“Store was clean & organize well. Can take a moment to find someone if you have a question. But that is probably just a byproduct of the large size of stores such as this. Can sometimes be a little thin on stock. Pleasant staff. Wish something would be done about people parking in the painted off areas BETWEEN handicap spots. Those placards allow people to park in designated parking spots. NOT make their own. Those painted off areas are there for people who are disabled & have lifts. Anyone already parked in a spot will be stuck till the inconsiderate person comes back out & if a valid spot opens up a person with a lift cannot use it because they will not be able to exit their vehicle. Simple put it is a jerk move to park in that painted off area”
