Terrible hitch installation experience. First the part didn't come in on time. Thee following day, an inexperienced installer took four hours and damaged my new Jeep. Hole in the dash, battery cover broke, dangling wires. Management did not even refund a dime.

Great place, great employees. I had to move some cars, rented a trailer from here and halfway through transport, a tire popped. Manager was really nice and took the trailer back without charging us any extra. Overall great place and I would visit again anytime.
