“I was in desperate need of a truck on a few hours notice to get a shipment picked up from a freight carrier that failed to deliver on the date promised.I spoke with Elaine and after I explained my situation to her, she was more than reasonable with the pricing on the truck rental and being able to get it for me.I would highly recommend working with the location in Huntington!!! Thank you Elaine!!!”
“Had in issue with being scheduled to pick up at a different location. When I went to pick up the truck it was scheduled for in store instead of digital check in. Thankfully they had the truck at this location where I originally scheduled. 5 stars because they compensated me very fairly and helped quickly. Errors happen but be assured they will fix them the best that they can. Thanks again guys.”
“Great place to rent one, if something is off or not what it’s suppose to be they do what they can to fix and take care of it, I’ve always had a great experience specially at this location, One mess up and asa possible they made it right, Plus the trucks from here are always top notch and ready to hit the road, clean and everything functions the way it’s suppose to and if they don’t have it there they will get it”

“Mr. Mike and mr. John took very good care of me tonight. They were very prompt and did a spectacular job. They got me and my fiance up and rolling in less than an hour”
