“Just moved the major contents of a 4400 Sq ft home about 15 miles to our new home. Watts was on time, polite, thorough and genuinely concerned about our property. They arrived on time, ready to proceed. About 4 hours later, everything was loaded and we drove to the new house. 2 hours later and they were done. No claims to file, that 4 man crew worked well together and placed our furniture and property throughout the house. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Watts Brothers Moving. “We where down and out due to covid and this company went out and beyond to help my family so we wouldn't loose the storage and they are still helping due to that we have had 2 storages for over 6 yrs sometimes they are busy and can't directly get a hold of us the same day but they get to us by the next day or two. The people working there have been great too. So as that being said Tri State Storage Thank You from me and my kids.”

“I came from across the country and initially went through the rental process online at the 15th St locale. However, since my arrival and move in date were on a Sunday, the 15th St locale was closed on Sundays...so I made a call to the facility, where a lady answered my questions about what to do concerning starting my lease and move in on a day in which that building is closed. 15 mins later, I get a phone call from the manager DeeDee. Ostensibly, my situation had been passed on from the lady I spoke with to her manager, as DeeDee had been out of the office when I called. DeeDee offered to transfer my lease to the Chesapeake Ohio facility, which is also close by, giving me access to a 24 hr facility and also a discount for the initial month. Not surprised tbh...I moved back to the region because of the people. Exactly as expected.?”

“We had rented 2 units with IncaAztec Self Storage on Bradley St in Westmoreland. Our experience has been very positive and the building has remained cleaned throughout our 3 year contract. Deedee and her staff were always available and addressed any questions or concerns immediately. They do monitor, clean and bug spray regularly. Anytime we were moving items in or out, someone was there doing a walk through or the building had just been cleaned. We felt very safe entering and exiting. I highly recommend.”

“Has cheap storage units. The ones outside are descent enough. The one for$25 is literally a broom closet and they truly are small all the way up to a 5 x12 and only then do they extend to what they should be. But the interior units are very nice just very few. The workers are alright to deal with no problems there.”

“I had a great experience here today. I rented a one-way truck and trailer that both came with a free month if storage, which I reserved. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly person who helped me and answered all my questions. Another person was there and was equally friendly and helpful. They gave me directions to the storage area and didn't rush me, even though it started raining while I was being helped. My storage went well, and after I got everything unloaded I took my truck and trailer and dropped them off. No extra charges, they offered to help clean the interior cab of the truck, and they disconnected the trailer and moved it away with no issues. Overall, I was happy to have gone here and had a great experience. I did read other very negative reviews and feared the worst, but it was easy and had nothing but good experiences here today.”
