“2011 Corolla: Tire "idiot" light stayed constant and I could not determine its accurately. I did not have an appointment and pulled into Hurricane Mr. Tire . The gentleman at counter immediately checked all the tires' pressure; added air to those that needed it and also used "sensor" gauge to determine 3 out of 4 tire gauges were dead. He was very courteous and thorough without a second of hesitation to help me.This is the second time this same employee "came to my rescue" in a year's time. So very thankful for his help. I regret that I never got his name.”

“My husband and I were on our way to Raleigh, North Carolina when we felt a shimmy in our Ford F-150. A stop at a gas station revealed a missing lug nut on a rear tire. We found Midway Ford across the road and ran over there. Hoping we could purchase a lug nut. Although it was a very busy work day , they got our truck up on the rack immediately, replaced the lug nut, torqued the other lug nuts, and checked the tie rods. We were so grateful for the reassurance that the truck was in safe condition and their kind consideration for our situation. “Thought this posted over a year ago, but apparently not... Had a unique issue with a GM factory design flaw where the trans cooler line was rubbing a front bumper bracket and eventually got a pin hole. They were diligent and very reasonable getting new trans cooler lines put back on... It was a pain to thread all those lines back through everything, but they got it... Excellent people and great service...Came back today (1/27/2023) for a position 2 NOx sensor failure on my Duramax that had my engine light on and the Driver Info Center telling me it was going into limp mode in 107 miles if I didn't resolve it! Rex and his crew fit me in to get it replaced and back on the road. Really happy with their knowledge and ability... Hope to never need any more repairs, but this is the only place I'd bring it... “On my way from Ohio to N. Carolina to visit my husband, the fuel tank straps on my truck broke and my fuel tank was dragging on the ground. 2 hours from Ohio and 4 1/2 from N. Carolina and nobidy to turn to. After calling around and being told by other companies they were too busy to even look at it, I called Teays Valley Imports and they said they would help! When I arrived they got me right in and within 3 hours I was back on the road. What a blessing it was for the guys to help in my time of need! They were super friendly and very informative.
