“I recently came here on September 10th to see what trucks they had in stock. I was looking for a full size with the 19 speaker Harman kardon sound system. The salesman, Artis Johnson, came out and greeted me. He was very courteous and professional. We test drove a couple of trucks, and I decided on one. The sales manager, Jason, was easy to work with, and we negotiated a deal. I even ordered some original Mopar accessories and had them installed at the dealership. “It was a very cold day and I had some business at the United National Bank. When I returned to my car, the battery was no longer strong enough to start my engine. Fortunately, the Auto Zone was just across the street, however the highway was a busy one. I walk to the "Zone" and explained my situation. A kind man by the name of Thomas (I think) lent me the tools to remove my battery. This save me about a mile in walking back to the house!Once I removed the battery and returned to the store, Karen Lane (who works there) gave me a ride in her truck to the bank, thus saving me from carrying a heavy car battery across a busy highway. (I'm 65 years old). What could have been a major inconvenience turned into a simple repair that took less than 30 minutes (and saved me a few miles of walking in the cold). I am very appreciative of both of these individuals.”
