He also suggested brick instead of vinyl siding and a 15 year loan instead of 30. He saved me a lot of money with his suggestions because I’m still in the house 46 years later. I have dealt with the bank ever since and have never had a problem with them. Everyone I have dealt with over the years at PCB have been great friendly people.
