“So so so helpful was this store. I had called the help center about a half dozen times and spent hours of my life I will never get back with no resolution to the problem. English was not their first language and I had a hard time understanding them. Some were even a bit patronizing not remembering that I am the customer. I had little hope that my time spent at this Optimum store would be fruitful and I would walk away with any satisfaction. As I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello and asked how she could help me. After listening to my situation she got it done. All resolved! Done, over, finished. No need to come back, no need to call again. The time spent coming to this store was worth it. I even left feeling good, feeling like the people at this store cared about their customers and that they valued their customers time. This was such a good experience that I actually filled one of these reviews and made it long and wordy as hell like I have nothing better to do with my life.
