I traded my iPhone in for a new one yesterday and Donovan was so helpful and accommodating during the entire process. He provided amazing service that was extremely quick and seamless! Would highly recommend going to this store and seeing Donovan!

Was trying to add new phone lines online but had trouble. I called the store and asked for help and they told me to come in. Drake and Whitney both helped me transfer over 4 lines from T-Mobile and got me an awesome deal! Highly recommend Whitney and Drake!

I came to the Verizon store in Hurricane for help with my Google Maps. When I entered an address for navigation the phone was not giving me directions. Whitney helped me change the settings so I could hear the directions. It was on mute before. She also showed me how to connect on Bluetooth so I could hear the directions in my car. She has been a huge help!

Was having trouble with new settings on my Samsung phone after updating the software. I came to the Teays Valley store and worked with Whitney. She went through the settings with me to get things as close as possible back to how they were. She fixed the notification and display settings. I am happy to have my settings back to normal!

I got a new phone from an insurance claim and came to the store to get everything transferred. I tried to transfer it myself but was still missing a lot of stuff. Whitney at the Teays Valley location re-did the transfer and got everything back! She also helped me wipe the data off my old phone and get ready to send it back. Great service! I am a very happy customer and I appreciate Whitney's help!

I've been having a lot of spam calls lately so I stopped into Verizon to get some help. Donovan was able to educate me on how to avoid spam calls and he also helped me set up my voicemail! He's the best!

Donovan was able to get all of the bad apps cleared off of my phone in no time! I have been having issues for some time now with pop ups so I finally brought my phone to Verizon and Donovan knew the problem right away and got it fixed for me!

Donovan was able to help me get this annoying notification off of my phone! I have been trying to fix it myself for a few weeks and couldn't get it done but Donovan was able to get it fixed in no time when I told him what was happening.

David was so helpful! I thought that I was going to have to pay $99 to replace my phone. But he checked my lens protector for my camera and discovered that it was only my lens protector that was damaged, not the entire lens. So he saved me a ton of money! Thanks David! ?

Donovan was excellent in helping me set up my new Verizon phone. I have very limited tech knowledge and he went far beyond other services in assisting me and making sure I understood how to work my phone. It took some time and he was patient and kind the entire time. Wonderful experience. Thank you so very much. I would also like to add his high level of professionalism. With my many questions and even requiring him to repeat he never lost his kindness, patience or efficiency.
